2015 saw Alicia go through the hiring procedure for FilmStruck a TCM streaming service. Malone made recordings of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings so that she could try reading them out front of the camera prior to an TCM channel host audition. Following her appearance at an audition in 2017 TCM hired her. Turner Classic Movies network hired her the next year.
